    Check out the two "rave" reviews before you take the plunge. Maybe there's a reason those Dahon bikes are a "bit" more than $200.

    I thought all Walmart bikes were folding bikes.
    Now all we are discussing is whether they fold when desired or on an impromptu basis.

    $200 could make an entry level folding bike, this one just happens to be crap that should've cost $110.

    I think this bike's wheels are too small. I saw a girl riding something like this and saw her trying to go up the handicapped ramp at the intersection and flip over. I think the handicapped ramp at the intersection wasn't flush with the street and the wheel was just not big enough to go over 1 inch of curb.

    You can get frame couplers that allow sawing a regular 26" bike in half and connecting again, though not nearly as transportable if it has full sized wheels.
