Keep in mind that with Yahoo!, there can be outages periodically. I have a friend that runs a small forum on their hosting and we've had quite a few outages..

Beware that Yahoo makes it VERY difficult to transfer your domain elsewhere (after you're inevitably dissatisfied with their service). Yahoo is the Roach Motel of domain registration.
I learned the hard way.

Yahoo is good if you just need a domain. I'm running my web site of a home server. Not as fast, but I do what ever I want, and just have yahoo handel the URL registration and domain forwarding. Works great if you have a static IP.

Try Directnic. I have been using them for years. They are the best.

I use Yahoo (bacon) hosting and my site is never down. Have 3 sites hosted and been using them for 4 years. One of the few hosting companies that you can call 24/7 and talk to a human in seconds.
