May I suggest LastPass...they have a 2 form authentication, using the yubico key....
use on any device, for a single $12 a year. yubico key is $20 one time fee.

What is it mean "single $12 a year"? If this is a subscription fee they can go ef themselves. I'm so tired of companies trying to get monthly or yearly payments.
