Kind of ironic you can get this ready-made enclosure for such a low price delivered, but if you wanted to buy the equivalent, same sized plain and empty aluminum project box, the initial price and/or shipping alone would be higher than this.

#1, considering that this is sold by Meritline this is probably shipped from China. Which would explain the low cost.
