Bonded leather is garbage, they impregnate the later with epoxy. The older it gets, the more it cracks, and not in a good old cuban nice couch way. If you are in college and expect to use it for two years before on some drunken night a friend throws it out of the window, then by all means. Otherwise stay away.
Everyone listen to @RagMaN, he knows what he's talking about. If you still have an urge to buy them, forget it, because they should be no more than $99 each.
I bought the bonded leather recliner from target for $150 when Bens listed it a few months ago and it is great. Cleans easily and is nice and soft. No cracks. No unwanted pregnacies.
Chair quality and comfort varies widely (and is subjective), you can't really equate chairs by only if they look similar, rather you should sit in it, note the assembly (chairs already put together in the box, only needing the base and back snapped together tend to be flimsier at the seat to back connection at the least), and note the weight, heavier usually being significantly better quality.
Real leather is certainly desirable, but you'll get a poor quality chair at a > $300 price for that option, or spend $500 or more for a better quality real leather chair. Up to you how much of an investment to make. At this price point I"d go with fabric instead of pleather.

Saw a similar chair at my local Home Depot for $129 for 1 chair.
