Amazon with ButterflyPhoto has a 2-pack of USB Lightning Charge and Sync Cables for iPad Mini, iPad 4 and the iPhone 5 (and microfiber cloth) for $13 with free shipping (no minimum). These cables will charge and sync - some of the cheap Lightning cables on eBay have reports of sync not working. A single Apple brand version is $19.
