are you sure you're talking about the same model? I pretty much only see it being sold at Ace and Amazon and it's 99.99 at Amazon.
There are cheap models and there are solid quality models of these chairs. I bought the low quality and they were eaten up by the sun pretty quick. Bought the high quality zero gravity and the difference is night and day.
#3 - It would have helped a little more if you gave a model number for either/both models you have experience with. Otherwise, no help.
I don't know what brand they are but I see one advertised every week at ACO hardware and Big Lots and other stores with the same features, (Powder Coated, adjustable head rest, weather resistant fabric ect.) for $39.99 every week for the last 5 or 6 weeks,
