It seems like it is a rebate from SanDisk not from either buy.com or buydig.com

These are bit slower than those Extreme III old models (20MB/s). And lot slower than new Extreme III models (30MB/s).

Get the pin number for your visa card I remember someone complaining about card not working because of pin code.

These cards are given away all the time. Most of the time you get these and flash drives free when you buy stuff.

I have used sandisk rebates in the past, but I would not trust a rebate for this proportion of the price.
