Most of the Chinese reseller sites have this model or one extremely similar, I'm guessing all they did was ship a pallet at a time instead of order by order, to push the shipping price down, though USPS warehouse to door postage still seems higher than from Hong Kong to a US residence in many cases.
Being all plastic it's not equivalent to a generic aluminum light on a headband, but so it goes with inexpensive LED headlamps. On the really cheap ones Dorcy or Ray-o-vac are probably some of the best, quality wise for plastic bodied lights, though fairly low light output.
