Woot! has the 2-Pack Topsy Turvy Upside Down Tomato Planter for $7 + $5 shipping = $12 shipped. Each pack inclues planter, hanging hooks, tomato slicer, recipe book, gardening tips, and planting guide. Green thumb not included.
This is a very good price, as the lowest I've been able to find, for these, is ~$7 each, at my local Big Lots. And that's for the generic ones, not the original Topsy Turvy brand.
Apparently people haven't caught on that these are not effective. The water causes the stem to rot. If you end up with any tomatoes, they won't be worth eating.
My neighbor puts out a couple of these every year while I do in-ground or sometimes also a couple in 5 gallon buckets upright on the patio.
The neighbors don't have "bad" results but get nowhere near as much fruit per plant (maybe 1/4th as much if that) but that's probably largely because the plants are less than 1/4th the size, they quickly become root bound. Those in my 5 gallon upright buckets end up about 2X the size.
I should add these neighbors are otherwise good gardeners, they DIY lovely landscaping so that isn't a factor.
If you water frequently but lightly they can be a fine alternative if you can't or don't want to grow right side up taking up ground space, but you are doing as much or more work for lower yield.
Pick your own tomato plants, they are not included.

tasteless monsanto crap tomatoes
Not the best way to grow them. Too much watering not enough soil.
