I've had less than a great experience. I cancelled their service and they kept the account open. After talking with Customer Service they asked me to cancel again. The next thing I know they sent the account to collections. I've filed complaints. No resolution at present.

Globat is known for this, #1. That is why no-one should ever use their service.

I never received a rebate from Globat and it was the only reason i signed up with them...don't trust this company...plus when I cancelled I had to wait for them to call me to verify the cancellation?! Never heard of that in my life...what if you don't get the call? you can't cancel?
