Hopefully the rebate is through NewEgg and not Hanns-G.

The rebate seems to be through newegg. This seems like a good price for a decent monitor. Any comments/thoughts on this monitor?

I bought one at the beginning of Jan and am still fighting with Wintergreen Systems to get the $100 rebate that was offered then. There was also a $20 rebate offered through PC Connection which I am having no problems with. Haven't used the monitor yet, but anticipate no problems with it.

I've had one for about 9 months now. No complaints at all. No ghosting, no dead pixels. Well, one complaint, the stand is horrible, wobbles side to side. I replaced it with a neoflex mount. Good pannel, bad stand, super cheap price. My rebates were with hanns-G and OD and I had no problems with either.

correction: I have the HW191D, looks identical but has dvi and analog. that will teach me just to look at the picture.
