Hey, this is probably obvious, but what is that blue bar next to some "Discuss" links for?
EDIT: WTF if I write "this_is_probably" (without underscores and quotes) it comes out like this: this is probably (I had to write it above with two spaces between "this" and "is"). In fact this occurs whenever you write "this is" followed by a word!!
Ben, I'm really hoping the new Bensbargains will make it so that the filters won't mess up anything like the above. I've seen plenty of times where someone was trying to say something coherent or even helpful and it gets mangled into something like "It has cherubA CPU and uses dogRAM"

The more comments are posted, the bigger the blue bar is. That's all.

Also, on the old site, clickign a link from Firefox's RSS reader brought you to an anchor within the main page of the deal that was clicked. That was more convenient than going directly to the discussion. Same applies to clicking links from the top of the page.

And will I be able to call poster #88 a "puddin' cake", or will the benfilter take that out ?

Ben, what's up with the links to Staples? They never get you to the specific product, rather a generic sale page.

Sign-in page needs a link to registration page.
I disagree with DCarez, direct links to discussion page are way better than anchor links. That always annoyed me about the old site.
Ben: Kudos on mostly keeping the site the same in this age of craptastic "Web 2.0" redesigns.

I'm one of those old foggies with old eyes. Using a 19" DVI monitor at native resolution 1280X1040, large text etc. I'm having a GREAT deal of trouble reading the small text in this new version.

Ditto to # 20. My poor old eyes can hardly read the text.
Great Site.

I like the updated look. I gotta say though, I miss the links to other bargain sites. I used Bensbargains as a gateway to fatbacon and anandtech. I know I can go there individually, but I liked coming to bens first.

#90, there's a dropdown in the right column that makes the text bigger. I wish there were a middle ground, though.

I don't get how the "Most" catagories are supposed to work. This thread should be at the top when "Most discussed" and probably "Most clicked" is selected but it isn't. What am I missing?

Ok I'm a bit confused. (first, drat now we have to register)
OK the numbers people are refrerening to ain't the numebrs I'm seeing.
For example Ben replies to "#28" but I see Ben's reply as #19 and he's replying to #18.
