when the LEDs are inside/behind the dome there will be white out reflection back into the camera at night. LED panels should be mounted outside of the camera dome. Usually int he middle of the external LED pan is a light sensor that turn the LEDs on at night and off during the day. examples are:

This looks remarkably similar to the Agasio (and about the same price too). Reviews on Amazon is mixed, and a number of people mentioned the IR inside plastic housing issue as well.
Hanging cameras from the wall is a PITA for me. Hanging down from a soffet is much easier. Also, wireless isn't much good if you still need to run power. Still, I might try this on the back shed with some solar panels for power.
