Fun system, just get down to DS prices and I will pick up a second one. My kid barely gives me a chance to play it.

Firmware 3.30 was just released giving you full resolution video capability, though I hear it's finiky. Like #5 said, it's free wifi, but it's free at any T-Mobile hotspot. Custom firmware is the way to go.

Anybody know any firmware that will play all region coded PSP movies? BTW, region coding PSP movies has got to be one of the most idiotic thing that SONY has done, amongst other things.

It also says that 3.30 can also decode h.264 movies...does that mean that I can just drop the avi files encoded in h.264 into the movie folder #7?

Has anyone here ever actually tried using there PSP to surf the web? It' is a very painful experience. PSP is great for games and crappy for internet access.

Great for RSS feeds though, #11. I quite like it for that. Other than that, no, it sucks as a web browser. Sony thinks they've fixed it with their latest update that can compress files a little...but that's just a stupid solution.
