Yeah it's mostly crappy stuff. If I don't show you or remove the REFURBISHED sticker before I should you the Desktop or Laptop you would never know if it was new or used. Now the Scratch & Dents I would avoid. Go with the processor you can afford / want to pay, ignore the memory (get your own, I use G-Skill) and put in a SSD if you like. If the desktop doesn't have a burner you can get one from the Egg for $20.
