VistaPrint has a standing offer of 250 Free Premium Business Cards + a small shipping fee. I've seen these cards and they do look quite professional. There is a vistaprint logo on the back of the card near the bottom corner. Alternative "Free" Rubber Address Stamp (cost of shipping).

$10 is a small shipping fee? The $5 shipping takes "21 days."

It's not uncommon for free offers to offer outrageous shipping fees (hidden shipping costs). Just wait for Staples to have their buy 100 get 100 free deal. I think I paid $10 - $15 for those. You get 50 more in this deal, but have to wait for delivery.
