VistaPrint has a standing offer of 250 Free Premium Business Cards + a small shipping fee. Step it up to Premium Business Cards, just $2 for 500 + shipping. I've seen these cards and they do look quite professional. There is a vistaprint logo on the back of the card near the bottom corner. Alternative "Free" Rubber Address Stamp (cost of shipping).
Good quality cards, but they nickel and dime every little thing -- most of which you would expect would be included. I ended up continuing my order (that I eventually placed) out of morbid curiosity about just how damned freaky was their tack-on price structure. And, whatever email you give them, they send you 50 billion offers and deals each week. If you want to join in their games, layout a card online but save it and do not place an order; in a week or two they'll send you discounts for your yet-to-be-placed order.
So on the con side - tiresome price structure / calculations.
Pro side - excellent online layout and WYSIWYG (can I still use that term?)...
