1MB will not be able to store even a single 7MP photo.... it has 56MB

#1: You're a moron. What you said is the same as saying, one bathtub will not be able to store even a single can of soup. You can't make such a statement because...and here's the kicker fuckstain....you haven't specified how big the fucking can of soup is. Likewise 7 MP is not a unit of size, you dumbass. I hope you get diarrhea tonight and cover your ankles with it.

Let one of your siblings lick it off.

    sincerely,

    lol...

i bought the red version of this camera for my girlfriend about a year ago (i bought this camera for around $500, a little bit more expensive since it was red). she loves the touch screen and overall she is pleased with the quality of the pictures.

the only complaint we have really is that it is a dust magnet even if put in a case, especially noticeable in night shots with flash.

overall the camera took a little getting use to since it is touch screen but once mastered is definitely worth buying. though their are many comparable portable cameras. do your research and find what fits you the best.

Toddsucks, I agree that 7MP *BY ITSELF* is not a measure of size, but it CAN be used as a measure of size in some cases. If you snap the SAME snapshot image using, let's say, 3.2MP setting vs a 7MP setting, you can pretty certainly say that the 7MP image file is going to be significantly bigger than the 3MP image.

However, 7MP pictures can vary across different images too. The 7Mp picture file of a plain while board will be much less in size than the 7mp .img file of a more intricate detailed subject, say, a blooming flower in macro mode.

And moreover, #1 may be right in this case. I will not bet on it, but I'd guess that even the simplest 7.1MP image will be larger than 1MB.

The worst part about this whole can of soup and 7MP picture of tub-girl argument is that Ben had a misprint... its actually 56 MB Internal Memory so he should have argued it can't hold a single minute of Super Email Quality Setting video.

Get the Black version if possible.. They are the same price but I think the Black looks Sexier with a Silver-stripe.
