If you've got 13 different programs that are "essential," I won't ever want to use your product.

I actually got the full Nero for less than this AR. That said, I agree with #1 and I installed far fewer of the components than what are listed here. You don't get the features of burning ROM with this, which is really the whole point of NERO.
Oh ... and never, ever, ever install nero scout. seriously.

I still use Nero 6 for burning DVDs, it does a decent job. Never seen anyone say anything positive about N7, so I never installed it (do have a copy that came with a DVD drive).
I found it way too slow for CDs though. I use (freeware) CDBurnerXP for CDs. It's much faster for me.

#11,
Not sure. Where I work you have to wear a skirt to use a macincrap.

I used Nero 6.6 and Nero 7. Don't install all the bloat and it works pretty much the same. Wouldn't have upgraded had it not been free though.

Nothing pisses me off more than a fellow Linux user trashing OS X users. Understand Apple has industry relationships and licenses the community can't get, at least not legally. There is a place for OS X among even Linux users, myself included.

I guess they have to makes themselves feel better for their poor judgement in utilizing such an inferior, mickey mouse OS. Maybe they're not smart enough, or something.

Is there a Nero 8 coming out anytime soon that's going to try to redeem the brand? Here's hoping Ocean's 13 somewhat atones for the waste of my time that was Ocean's 12.
