Their coffee is good. They have a pretty good choice to select from. I was using their service fore several years.. But their marketing is pretty annoying...
It's a great product and a great deal when you start. The best part is that they don't hassle you when you cancel.
I suggest staying away from their flavored coffees if you're a coffee aficionado. Otherwise the quality of the beans isn't too bad. Definitely much better than off-the-shelf Folgers, Maxwell, and such.
Without hassles, my ass. Took me months of calling and canceling to actually get it canceled. They kept sending crap coffee and charging me for it even AFTER I canceled on more than one occasion.
Dont get roped in to this. Its quite the hassle to get loose.
I've gone for the "shiny objects" deal this company usually offers: ceramic coffee storage bins, cups, etc. Haven't ever had any issues with cancelling (yet). But I'm not a big fan of the coffee, the 3# bag of organic stuff from Costco for $10 bucks works just fine for me.
I cancelled this service with no problem. I got the coffee machine and a few bags of coffee for $15, then split. I highly recommend it.
