good customer service but I did not like the coffee that came with my "free" gevalia brewer ... by the way, the brewer is very good. i have been using it for at least three months now and i had never problems. i just buy my premium coffee from Winco, way more cheaper ... try it and then cancel your subsription. pretty much i bought the brewer for $14.95 ...
I had a subscription a couple of years ago. Their best coffee, in my opinion, was the "Select Varietal Kenya"... But, have to agree with #3, there are less expensive alternatives, which is why I ended up canceling.
The coffee is kind of crappy, the customer service is really no-hassle when you cancel, but that coffee maker is fantastic. I have one from two or three years ago and it's still chugging along - probably one of the best "deals" in my kitchen.
