I wonder how good a $3 HDMI cable can be.
A decent cable is a burp decent cable. What do those "higher-end" cables do more? Coddle those lazy bitch-ass electrons along further? Tell those motherfuckers to hurry the burp up? Put those electrons through some goddamn PT?
Is it really necessary for that language? Really, did mommy let you on the computer tonight so you could find the TMNT doll youve been looking for?
What language would I speak in? Spanish? The majority of users on this site communicate in English, so yes, I would say it is necessary.

burp my cat died
#2 is spot on. Hdmi is hdmi. Makes no difference weather you buy monster brand or carrot brand.
Monster cables are certainly better than cheap quality cables. That said, it all depends on what you use them for - analog or digital. If you plan to use it as a subwoofer cable for instance, you will certainly see an improvement in bass respomse with monster when using longer lengths. On the other hand, buying a monster " high quality hdmi" cable for $50 over a $3 hdmi cable is simply foolishness.
Huh? Does gold plating introduce a buzz into the sound system?

Good review, thanks. You broke it down to plain simple easy to understand English.
HDMI is digital. If a signal is received, it is going to be the same quality as whatever was sent regardless of cable quality. The cable would have to be completely cut for it to fail. Digital is all or nothing. Over the air HD antennas work the same way. You either receive the HD signal or you get a blank screen. If you receive the HD signal, it is digital so you get full HD quality programming or no signal at all.

don';t be so mad my fatty one, come to pappa
I bought these cables a while back. My friend and I then experimented and compared his ultra high quality "Better Cable" HDMI with this cable to see if we could detect any difference in quality.
We could not tell the difference in picture quality at all. However, there was one slight difference that we found. The cheaper cable had a slight muzzling sound on one of the louder scene, where as the better cable had a crisper sound. However, if you did not compare them side by side, you probably would not notice the small difference.
