This is a good deal if you have one near you and actually use it but they must laugh at all the fatty's who plunk down $550 and never work out.
I pay $40/mo for the local YMCA with no strings and it's better than any private gym. You can swim, play bball, take classes and "hang out with all the boys".
.."hang out with all the boys"... <- Thats worth the price alone.
I pay $40 month (3 yr contract) for a full service gym (free weights, machines, cardio, track, pool, courts, etc...) but I do not have time nor ability to use all of the facility. A 24 Hour Fitness and several Snap Fitness have opened recently and I may go to one of those when my contract is up next year.
this seems pricey
I got this and it is a very good deal. comes to about $15 a month and u can go to sport facilities where they have swimming pool and indoor basketball.
I still got a better deal. $700 for three years then only $20 A YEAR !!! I'm not sure if they still offer this or not. But you can't beat that deal.
The deal at Costco is better, provided you have a Costco membership already. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?whse=BC&topnav=&prodid=11499621&ec=BC-EC877-CatHome&pos=10&lang=en-US
$299 for two year from Costco is the best deal.
burp, im paying $700/yr for my gym! im being ripped off!
#6 How is $700 for 3 years $20/year?
#10 it is $700 for the first 3 years and then he pays only $20 a year for years 4+
I think he meant he paid $700 for the first three years then only $20 per year starting the fourth year. This is a great price if you actually go and use it. The deal is subsidized by all the rodeo cowboy who sign up, pony up cash and never go.
WOW, that is $12.5 per month, thanks to Zig.
I found a better deal: being fat.
Costco has a 2 year adult membership to All-Sport clubs for $299.99
Korpo LOL.
And Yes to clarify its $700 for the first 3 years then only $20 a year for the 4rth year and so on.as long as I keep paying my $20 a year then it'll go on till eternity.
They best not tank anytime soon.!
#14, being fat is actually much more expensive.
Maybe they're laughing at people who can't tell a plural from a possessive. "fatty's," really?
@ #6. I agree your deal was pretty good. I got mine for $550 for 3 years and then $49/year thereafter indefinitely. So eventually I'll end up paying more than you did but it will take a few years.
With this being a prepaid account I'm almost certain that whoever buys this will also have that same payment plan after the 3 years is up. You just have to research and make sure how much it is that you will be paying each year after the 3rd year is over.
Buy a bike and pedal your weight around.
