Amazon with CREE-Flashlight has the 300 Lumen Zoom Cree LED Headlamp for $15 with free shipping on $25+. Features 3 output modes, focus zooming, and uses 3X AAA batteries (not included).
I bought 2 of these from DinoDirectcom for $8 each and must say that they are the brightest "cheap" headlights I've used, MUCH brighter than the 20+ LED cheapos, although they will gobble up the batteries, which shouldn't be a concern if you want to SEE what you're doing when working on cars, computers, crawlspaces or anything else. A set of batteries will easily last 10+ hours and after that it gets dim enough that you'll want to change the batteries out to get back the high intensity brightness.
The light part tilts down and has a sleeve that makes the light "ring" smaller and larger, with 3 settings of high, low and blink/flash. The straps are adjustable, but the one that goes over the top of your head doesn't seem to be long enough but it will stretch enough to fit a normal head over time.
My ONLY complaint is that the battery compartment is on the back instead of being in the front, like most other headlamps. This does make it more comfortable and balances the weight better, so the front isn't constantly falling down, BUT both of the ones I bought repeatedly turn off when I'm laying on my back if the battery compartment touches the ground, such as laying on your back under a vehicle and trying to look up. It's a pain in the neck to turn it on over and over and it makes it really uncomfortable to rest your head on the ground.
Overall, a decent buy but beware of the batter compartment issue.
