be prepared to get a lot of junk mail from these guys. i placed one order with bike nashbar and have been getting their catalogs in the mail ever since. you have to email them to remove yourself from their mailing list and get added to their do-not-share list or your info gets passed around.

They are very good to deal with, and their on-line tech support is excellent. I've dealt with three of the techs, and they are very honest about their products. Customer service agents are very accommodating as well.

Every time I go to their site I'm let wondering, "WTF"?
I mean, they pretend to have stock, but when you want a pretty basic commodity like a !@#$ tire,you find they have extremely limited selection.
If they were a small supplier I could understand, but they are affiliated with Performance BIkes (.com) which has a far larger selection, and currently, also 15% off.
