Frys.com has the Crucial 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Desktop Memory for $55 - $15 rebate [Exp 7/10] = $40 with free shipping. A good upgrade for those older systems that take standard PC-3200 DDR memory.

i'm actually interested in this memory because it would exactly match the crucial RAM i bought on sale a month or so ago from newegg, BUT...
while the fry's rebate form is actually available (not a 404 like the other 99.9% of the time), it says lexar all over the form, while the memory is clearly crucial. the part number on the rebate matches that on the website and matches the crucial RAM i previously bought, but the rebate has the lexar logo, the product name is "Lexar 1GB PC-3200 DIMM", the rebate mail-in address includes "Lexar Rebate", and lexar is mentioned a dozen more times on the rebate form, but not one mention of crucial.

this rebate form gives the rebate processor every reason to reject it, so i'll have to pass unfortunately.
edit:
oh, my! i can't believe i didn't hear about micron buying out lexar earlier.

Crucial is now known as Lexar Media.

I also called Fry's Customer Support and they confirmed that it is the correct rebate form.

The UPC code matches, so I think this rebate form is good.

If Crucial is Lexar, Lexar didn't honor a rebate for me...
