This is a nice deal but unfortunately for me 52.5 lbs isn't enough to properly work out these guns.

this is a good deal. Usually they are around 400 regular price or 300 on sale. Good quality and plenty of weight unless you are superhuman like toddsucks.

Similar item at Target for about $60 a set ($120.00 Total) I know they aren't "Bowflex" but these are weights after all... Not a BMW 6 series convertible.

If you do dumbbell bench presses or any of the sort of exercises that replaces the bar, then 50 lbs is not enough for a person who consistently lifts weight.

This is one of the stupidest uses of quasi-technology I've seen in years. Just use your rest period between sets to change the weights on an inexpensive set of dumbbells, fer chrissakes.

the cheap ones do suck... the bowflex ones are good cause u dont have to kick around all the small wheights that no body uses. get the stand with em on ebay for round 320... and every body uses whights under 50 lbs for lots of exercises no matter how big u tell people u are on the forum?
