Ah yes, the all important "carb cleaner" formulated especially for today's non-carb equipped vehicles.
^ Carb cleaner is still useful as a solvent to clean up misc car parts with grime on them (out in the field where you don't have anything else), though in the video they show using it to clean a throttle plate on a fuel injected vehicle which should hardly ever get dirty unless the vehicle was ran without the air filter in place.
Also, if your engine's throwing a code that the MAF sensor isn't working, it's worth a shot spraying it with carb cleaner as sometimes that's all it needs instead of a triple digit repair... maybe a little less for some cars if you DIY.
