    No. regular automotive maintenance is all you need. i bet you will hear wonderful things about products like this. and don't get into bs K&N air filter products.

    Depends on how old the car is, eventually this will help but it'll be well past 10 years old (or had crap gas in it). The other common reason to need this is if you let the car sit a lot with less than a full tank, then the more volatile components of gas evaporate out and create varnish that will accumulate over time.

    However the time to use it is when you notice a problem, not a regular maintenance thing to do.

    Oh never clean out your throttle body, just change the oil, air & cabin filters & you are good to go for 200K miles easy. K&N keep tossing those paper air filters into landfills, plenty of room. Now those statements I made are total BS!

    Cleaning the throttle body by hand with a toothbrush and cleaner will be beneficial in older cars, but you have to put in some time.
