I was about to pull the trigger on this - though I decided to look at Harbor Freight:

Definitely different - not as good quality - you do not receive the stand platform - though I cannot see why you couldn't use the rollers to also support objects. $59.99 vs. $17.99.
The 46086 Harbor's items are not foldable, difficult to store.
