Who went down to get it?
Blue Topaz is the official gemstone for ladies born in December (thank God!) It's a decent-looking stone, and it's way more affordable than diamonds, rubies, and emeralds. I was married about 15 years before I realized that Blue Topaz was my wife's birthstone... that was one of the happiest days of my life (haha). I still buy my wife (married 22.21 years now) the occasional expensive trinket, but Blue Topaz makes for a great gift without breaking the bank. Also, this is a good price based on what I've paid over the past 7 years for Blue Topaz.
