So is shipping free or not?

Ordered a book from them at full price, next year they sent me a book I didn't order. Hard to contact but when I finally was able to talk with customer service they said I had bought a book at discount that included next published book at full price. Rep I talked with said she was hearing lots of similar complaints but told me I needed to return the book to get a refund. Do not give these people your card number or you may receive books you didn't order.

Get these every year. Never pay full price. There is always a few coupons that cover the price of the book in savings. The rest of the coupons are free savings.
