VZ is aware of a problem with the Bluetooth in the KRZR that prevents the phone from re-connecting with to the headset once you turn off the phone for the first time after connecting the headset. VZ talked me through the usual fixes (re-link the headset, power down the phone, take out the battery, etc.) and quite quickly suggested I take it to a store for a replacement. Not sure if they could have just flashed the phone with a software upgrade - but they wound up giving me a new phone.
