Anyone has problems getting rebates from this company? Thx.

I bought a 600watt version and am still waiting on the rebate. I suggest you put delivery confirmation on the envelope when you send in the rebate, then you have proof they got it in time.. Hope that help.

EDIT: I forgot to mention... just go to XG's website. They'll explain to you that Eagle Bit (Eagle Tech the same?) has been making XG labeled things, which means what you are buying is not really an XG authentic product. It's like buying toothpaste made in china that says Colgate.

However, I have purchased an EagleBit product and recieved the rebate within the specified amount of time. It was a $90 rebate and I didn't use delivery confirmation nor certified mail. To be honest, I was scared I wouldn't get it (google Eaglebit rebates), up until the point I received the rebate.

Holy cow, i got my rebate back! power supply still working in my case (but then again, mine is not SUPER highend one so...) like #3, I checked out XG website...bacons not Eagle that I am worried about. If you google Eagle you actually find its products in legit retail stores like micro center. Plus, Eagle has good "B" rating on BBB.ORG

But if you google XG....oh crapload of complaints come out. "F" rating on BBB.ORG!!! and its same address as VOX/MGE brands.

Since I got my rebates and Eagle has much better rating vs XG/VOX/MGE, its a no brainer for me.Eagle is good. XG/MGE/VOX is bad.
