Here we are, PX100s at half the price of the Grado SR60s.

Note that you need to break-in these headphones for a few hours before they hit the sweet spot.

Anyone have experience with these ?

Are they any good ?

I got these about a month ago and have put them through light use. Not terribly impressed with them. Then again, I also have a set of EH 150s, so of course these trade quality and comfort for portability.

People say that these need to be broken in, so I'll just have to go running more often and get these some more use.

Yeap, they need to be broken in. I have a lot of different headphones, including the awesome HD600s. While these cans in no-way sound as lush and yet transparent as my HDs, they are quite efficient (loud), detailed and lively -- a good choice for portables -- once you blast `em for about six hours.

These are open-air headphones, so there is sound leak both in and out.

If we consider sound only, and not portability, would the EH150 be a better choice ?
They are actually cheaper on buy.com

Is there an echo in here?

How is the sound compared to HD 202?

#1, it took mine several days to broke in.
You can leave it on at mid-volume using some MP3 player overnight. Once it opened up, this is one hack of a good quality headphone. That't why the British What-HiFi praise and rated the PX100 and SR60 best buy for years.

Couple friends brought their own PX100 after I lend mine to them for couple hours at work. They don't believe how much they missed in their music.

The HD 202s are a bit more mid-rangy than the PX100s. However, I am basing my observation without a long period of use. The 202s may also "develop" after a break in.
