Why in the hell would you eat at Red Lobster if you lived/vacationed in Hawaii?
The same with Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina... unless, of course, the Red Lobsters in those places already hired the finest seafood chefs.
There is actually a very high number of Cheesecake Factory/ Red Lobster / Ruby Tuesday, etc. in Hawaii #1. The fatness of ass you see in the tourist population explains the demand.
Easy, it's called familiarity. If you are not from those places, you don't necessarily know where to go and what is good. RL is, at the least, consistent across the franchise.
Not saying it's good, just consistent.
Does this coupon replace the current deal of 30 Shrimp, salad and biscuits that are displayed on the site? Not sure if they changed the deal at the last minute.
and does the fact that "may not be sold, reproduced, distributed (via Internet or otherwise)" bother anyone?

Chef interview process at Red Lobster:
Manager: Can you cook?
Applicant: Yup
Manager: When can you start?
Applicant: Don't I need training at the Red Lobster Chef's School first, like they show on TV?
Manager: No, that's just for TV
Applicant: Sweet, do you have a job for my cell mate when he gets out?
Manager: Of course, have him and his parole officer see me, now get in the kitchen, it's almost the lunch hour.
Chef: Where can I wash my hands?
Manager: Oh you don't need to bother with that, we just had our yearly health inspection.
Seems odd they would offer this one day coupon on one of their busiest days of the week. It's not like we are going to know if they opened their doors for the first time on a Tuesday.

Can you get 45 shrimps to go?
Don't expect to get b45 Jumbo shrimps.
45 shrimp with coupon, 30 without. However they want the coupon up front so I wonder if you might get smaller shrimp on the 45 deal, OR if that's just for billing purposes.
