The upside of this case is that it is completely dark inside so it protects your discs from moisture and UV light. The downside is that it uses sleeves which make contact with the disc surface. Though the sleeves themselves may not scratch the disc, there is no way to avoid getting dust particles in between. It's not the sleeve that scratches the disc, it's the dust particles. Only a real jewel case that prevents contact with a surface will prevent in scratched discs.

I heard from their employee SuperMediaStore.com was raided yesterday by 25 FBI agents with shotgun for selling counterfeit PHILIPS CD/DVD media. I ain't gonna buy from a bunch of pirates no more. Shame on you supermedia!
