This is on cnn headline news:
Sex offender m0f0 in Anderson, South Carolina, will be corralled for Halloween tonight. Authorities in Roanoke, Virginia, will do the same. Paroled offenders in California have a 5 m to 5 m curfew. Other states are taking similar action to keep kids safe as they trick or treat.
