I know...I cant seem to find a decent picture or a review. I'm tempted, especially the price and screen size. Any info is appreciated.

Looks like 3050 is the US version of MyGuide 3000 - http://www.myguidegps.com/en/pro.php?p=11&pv=0

Has any one got this one yet? My order got just back-ordered after 2 days of the order date (annoying and disappointed). Is Outpost considered a reliable vendor or what since Ben puts lots of their stuff here?
PS. I finally hung up the phone trying to call their customer service after 25 min waiting... Simply THEY SUCK big time!!!!

I just received mine. Looks nice! Well made, compact and light. I see no problem with the hinged antenna. Seems sturdy.

No A/C adapter included. Attachment to the mounting arm is awkward. Best done before attaching suction cup to windshield.

Learning curve is a bit steeper than expected.

Keep setting date/time but it keeps reverting to defaults.

Seems to prefer city streets over highways. I was about to make a left to get on to the highway but it told me to go straight to stay on parallel track. Either would have worked but the highway would be much quicker. Surprised me.

Start up is a bit slow. Takes about 20-25 seconds to get to first menu. Then another 5 or so to start the navigation application.

Biggest problem is that even though I switched the language to English, some of the prompts are in another language which is "greek" to me (probably German).

Don't think you can use the mp3 player while navigating. It's one or the other.

Route recalculation is extremely fast!

As I said, I'm still learning. Some of my issues may just be from inexperience.

All in all, it's a great buy!

BTW, I got the $200 price by ordering by phone.
