madness madness madness!
I believe that madness, in this context, refers to the state of mind of someone willing to pay $9 for a software title so old, irrelevant and insignificant that dowloading a pirated version all but guarantees complete disregard on the part of the software publisher.
Not so madness. Only 8 old games are for choose.
48 hour madness, yet there's 61+ hours left in the sale.
IT's 48 METRIC hours.
Amazon has prey for $7.75 shipped... FYI
#6, there's nothing new for PC on Amazon at that price -- even the used games (PC) on Amazon are closer to the GoGamer price.
Don't forget that you take a risk buying used (or even a purportedly-new game bought non-retail) games today, as many of them use an activation scheme, so you can't play it if someone else has already registered or activated it.
I'd pay the extra buck or two and get a genuine new one.
That said -- this is a pretty fun game, even if it's not new. It's not hugely long, but the graphics are pretty decent, the game play is interesting, and it's got some neat twists and puzzles, plus a very unusual ambiance. I bought it for $5 on Steam a month or two ago when they had that special, and am very pleased. It's a good use of $10 for all but the poorest among us.
i wouldn't take that game for free
Then you came to the right place -- I doubt that anyone here
would be willing to give it to you.
