I have a refurb from woot. I really like it my 3G iPod crapped out last year and for 100 bones a Zune is a formidable replacement.

As long as there isn't the patented scroll wheel that the ipod has, I doubt anything will be able to kill the ipod, but who knows, Microsoft will never admit that they made a bad business decision, just look at all their other failing ventures like MSN and WebTV. LOL

Brown was a poor choice for Microsoft. They could have choosen pink or powder blue and gotten many more sales. I do not know why Microsoft now thinks that they need to blow these out. If they included a sleeve on these - they could keep the price higher. I think the 80 gig I-pod at $249 with a $25.00 Best Buy card still be the better deal now
