Be weary of origin - lots of complaints when BF3 launched. Double billing, terrible customer service, installation issues etc. I think there's a sub reddit dedicated to all the Origin problems.

BF3 though is a blast though - highly recommend.

sorry, i should have specified - the Origin issues were directed at PC digital downloads through their program. If you're looking to buy a console games there's no reason not to jump on the deal

Yeah a friend of mine bought the digital download version. He never got it to download or install properly. Terrible tech support. He was left on hold for HOURS. Techs were incompetent. Origin refused to reimburse his money after 20 some odd tries and in spite of him never installing it. He had to call his credit card company and have them stop payment.

Origin just didn't give a damn, but he did get his money back because his credit card company was willing to go to bat for him.
