NewEgg.com has the RiDATA 4.7GB 8X DVD-R Inkjet Printable 50 Packs Spindle Disc for $10 with free shipping. Storage acceleration tests guarantee safe storage for more than 30 years (basically some guy burned it, went out for lunch, and came back and they were still good).

Meh I've gotten one too many bad spindles of RiDATA over the years. I'll never go back, Verbatim or death!

8x is a bit slow by todays standard, but yup, good deal. Ritek is good.

This used to be great media but there was apparently some type of manufacturing change for them about 18 months ago and their quality has never been the same. I've been reluctant to try them again... even at this price.

yeah for $10 you could seriously use these as coasters and still feel ok about it. then you could use an old coaster to burn your favorite movie.

Ridata are as good as Verbatim.
Almost all DVD-RW are Ridata made.

Ridata is one of the major disk manufacturers, used them many times with no issues.

I don't know whether it was just my batch or not, but the entire Ridata spindle I ordered was bad. It burned fine, but had lots of playback problems. With other cheap media, works perfect. Even at such a cheap price, I'm staying away from this brand for good.
