I dont think those CEO's understand yet that quality sells. They are still trying to do the slow upgrades and masive lay offs. I stopped buying eddie bauer once they stopped putting seven belt loops on their jeans.

I think these companies days are numbered. Eddie Bauer, LL Bean, Sharper Image, Pottery Barn, they all sell such overpriced crap, and no one is buying their stuff any more since they haven't updated their look in so many years... These stores will go under and hopefully some innovative retail genius will come along and invent some awesome stores to replace them, like Aeropostale ... affordable clothes for the masses... IKEA affordable furniture... etc.
