It does however smell like butt goo when you get it..

Do they honestly smell odd? I've heard that before somewhere else too. I don't want a tripod that smells like mud butt.

Mud butt is not bad, it is butt mud that I am worried about.

If you get one that smells like butt anything, it is a refurb and should be returned.

They do actually have a gorilla pod for the larger cameras and the cool part is that they hold the smaller ones with an adapter. More expensive but well worth it.

Who wants to carry that thing around with them???

Just got mine today. Doesn't smell like butt goo. This thing is very small, will fit in a pocket, or you could bend the legs around the neck strap of your camera case. It's very cool.
