Buy.com sucks. I bought a black Zune in mid November and they never shipped it. I have contacted them a dozen times and all the people in India can say is that they have "filed a claim with Henry". And yes, I have filed a claim with my CC company and the Orange County, CA BBB. A bunch of hassle because they sold product they did not have in stock. Then said they shipped it when they did not.

Not this again. At least it's $9 cheaper. And the good thing is that it's from buy.com.

Free shipping for this would be important, since it likely weighs a ton. This is a pretty good price, judging by a quick pricegrabber check. The egg has this for $140 plus 17 shipping.

For Costco members there is a similar unit in store for $100, not available on line. 1000VA 600watts, AVR, LCD display.

Looks like a nice unit for a decent price to me. I'd rather have a 1500VA unit for about $120, but I think this will suffice. By the way, Tax: $6.74 to CA addresses.

I have not had good luck with Cyberpower UPS.
My APC's have been running for a couple years with no problems.
