It's only $14, so not high risk, but be very careful with CompUSA purchases at the moment - there are many, many rumors of them closing. I don't know how much stock to put in them since some of them seem to be sourced from BestBuy, but they closed half their stores last year and there continue to be major rumblings of full on closure.

But I would not worry about rebates or product. Most of their rebates now are e-rebates, no compUSA mail-ins since the middle of the month.
