After defending ProFlowers for a long time on this site, I have to say that they did turn me around and jam it in my ass on the last order.
For the longest time I insisted that their flowers NEVER arrived "unassembled", as many claimed. For the first time, they finally delivered them in a god damn box with the vase packed separately. Great way to give anniversary flowers to your wife. F*** ProFlowers.

They arrived unassembled for me last year. Luckily I had them delivered to home, and I put them together. Their customer service person said they do that for some, depending on the vase style.
Would have been awkward/stupid looking if I sent them to her work, so note to self: don't do that!

Cut the top off a 2-liter soda bottle, add some rocks & water, and you're good to go...
...not that I've ever NEEDED to give someone 2 dozen roses...!
