I've purchased from Blinds.com twice now and was very happy both times. The price was better than Home Depot and Lowe's even when you figure in shipping.

Also try Justblinds.com ... They had the best prices when we were looking. There was a mark on one of the Roman shades we ordered, and they shipped a replacement immediately. And we got to keep the original. (which was admittedly not that bad, but for $200 it should be perfect)
